  • How do you play pickleball?

    Pickleball is so much fun and we are excited that you are going to try it out! We have compiled a detailed guide of resources that will help you understand the basics of the game, and how to have fun while playing.

  • Where are your paddles made?

    Our composite paddles are currently imported from a sports factory in Asia.

  • Are your paddles available in any stores near me?

    While we are primarily focused on selling directly to consumer, we do offer a limited number of strategic wholesale partnerships. If you are interested, please reach out.

  • What are your paddles made out of?

    Our composite paddles are made out of a variety of parts and plastics. The primary core of our paddle is made out of a honeycomb plastic with a fiberglass surface.

  • Do you offer wholesale prices?

    Yes, we offer wholesale partnerships with stores that align with our vision and brand. Please fill out our Wholesale Application to begin the process and we will be in touch with you soon.

  • What do I do if I have a problem with my order or I need to cancel it?

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We do not offer international shipping at this time. But if you are outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, send us a note and tell us where you are. We love to hear about pickleball beyond our U.S. borders and hope to offer international shipping in the future!

  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

    Not to worry, we recognize that the shipping process is not always kind. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@recesspickleball.com and we will help to start the return process. We will be happy to replace your item or issue a refund.

  • How do I return an order?

    At Recess, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our products defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the purchase, we are happy to initiate a return. Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. Use this link to get started with your return. 

  • Can I change the shipping address on my order?

    If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please log in to your account to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled. If your order has already been fulfilled, please reach out to hello@recesspickleball.com for assistance.

  • Where is my order?

    Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Orders are usually shipped within 2 business days of ordering.

    Orders with 2 day or Overnight shipping are shipped the same day if placed before 2 PM CST Monday through Friday, or otherwise the following business day. Please note expedited orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday.

  • How fast will my order arrive?

    We are a small but mighty team and it can take up to 2 business days for us to fulfil your order. Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days to arrive once shipped. 

    Orders with 2 day or overnight shipping are shipped the same day if placed before 2 PM CST Monday through Friday, or otherwise the following business day. Please note expedited orders placed over the weekend will not ship until Monday.
